- Every 45-minute session includes a structured warm-up to prepare your body, followed by focused strength and conditioning work. These sessions are designed to help improve muscle tone, bone health, mobility, and overall fitness—key factors in staying active and independent as we age. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve energy levels, support weight management, or simply move better, each workout is adapted to meet your needs.
- Training takes place in a fully equipped private studio, located within a beautiful farm. Sessions offer a wide variety of exercises and training styles from resistance training and functional movement to core work and low-impact conditioning. Each session is varied, engaging, and results-driven. You’ll receive expert guidance throughout, ensuring correct technique and progression at a pace that works for you.
