“I started personal training sessions with Chrissie back in the summer to help with my running and improve my overall fitness and upper body strength. When Chrissie started running group circuit training classes in the Autumn I had no hesitation in signing up. I’m sure her classes are helping my fitness and somehow she makes them fun too! She takes a lot of care in making sure you are doing the exercises correctly and suggests alternatives if you have an injury or weakness somewhere. If you’re looking for a fun and friendly class or personal trainer, then I’d definitely recommend getting in touch with Chrissie!”

I started Chrissie’s Strength and Conditioning class in October, and it has been a game-changer for my overall fitness. The class offers the perfect balance of arms, legs, and core exercises, with sessions that are always varied and engaging. For the first time in years, I actually look forward to going to an exercise class rather than finding excuses to skip it.

The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and because Chrissie keeps the group small, she can ensure everyone is performing the exercises correctly, helping to prevent injuries. “I’m feeling body confident for the first time”

“I came across an advert on Facebook for strength and conditioning classes run by Chrissie in October last year. I knew I wanted to do something to improve my fitness but wasn’t confident enough to join a gym, so I thought I would go out of my comfort zone and attend a taster session. I haven’t looked back since. The classes are so much fun and Chrissie is amazing at making sure you are doing everything you should to maximise the benefits of her class; giving different options for different fitness levels, Chrissie has the natural ability to fill you with confidence as you complete her classes.
